Sponsorship of the official FLPA Retreat satchel bag offers excellent exposure as it provides one organisation with leading sponsorship benefits during the conference and beyond. The satchel will contain all welcome gifts supplied by sponsors. The satchel bag will be distributed upon registration to every delegate, sponsor/exhibitor and speaker.


Branding opportunities

  • Your company's logo to appear on the front of the satchel bag alongside the FLPA logo (organising committee's discretion as to logos being printed in full colour or mono)
  • One (2) insert (promotional flyer or corporate gift) to be placed into the Retreat satchel. Promotional flyer must be no larger than A4 size. Any corporate branded gifts must be approved by the conference organisers.
  • Satchel bag will be sourced by the Retreat organisers. An artwork proof of the branding on the satchel bag will be sent to you prior to print production for your approval. Logo to be supplied by the sponsor in .EPS format.
  • Your company logo, a 100-word profile and with a link to your company’s home page will be promoted on the Retreat website from the time the sponsorship payment is received (acknowledged as Satchel Sponsor).
  • Sponsor logo on slides displayed during the Retreat breaks.
  • Acknowledgement as the Satchel Sponsor at the Retreat.
  • Option to provide 1 x pull up banner at the Registration Desk for the duration of the Retreat.


Complimentary benefits

  • Access to electronic delegate list (name, position and organisation) one week prior to the conference, and final delegate list at the conference (subject to delegate consent).

Note: any attendees from your organisation are to register via a webform provided by the Retreat Organisers (registration for attendees will be subject to availability).
